From the pruning of the vines in winter to the bottling of the wine in fall, the highly trained estate workers are dedicated to producing a fine wine made in the Médoc tradition.

Production: 260 000 bottles a year on average
Harvest: machine - picked grapes, but traditional hand sorting
Vats: inox steel and concrete
Vinification: temperature monitoring and long maceration
Aging: 12 months in oak barrels
